What is your cancellation policy?

For events and dinners, 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date. It is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to the day of the event. The remaining 50% is due by 12pm the day following the event.

 

What areas do you serve?

Chef Dane is a Colorado based, but willing to travel anywhere. Travel fee is assessed per location.

 

Do you instruct cooking classes?

Yes, Chef Dane teaches hands on cooking classes either privately or for small groups.

 

Where do you do your shopping?
This depends on the client. Chef Dane is happy to shop at your favorite store upon request. Otherwise, Chef Dane will shop at organic grocery stores or farmer’s markets. This sometimes takes two or three trips to find the ideal ingredients. Chef Dane sources the highest quality ingredients that fits within your budget.

 

Do I have to be home when you are cooking?

No, you do not. In most cases clients are working or running errands while the chef is preparing meals.

 

Is there anything I can do prior to your visit?
Have your kitchen counters free of clutter, your sink cleared, and the stove clean and clear.
