I am classically trained in French cuisine from Johnson and Wales University, where I cultivated my immense love for reimagining traditional recipes, infusing them with a unique twist. I had the privilege of serving in the United States Navy for 8 years. My time in the service taught me to anticipate every detail and tackle challenges head-on.
