   Chef Dane was absolutely amazing ! Every single dish had a story and experience. So many flavors and time dedicated for each dish. Many things I’ve never had before and I’m an experienced foodie. Would absolutely book him again. If you find him don’t look any further. We are privileged to have tasted his custom creations. Very unique experience. 10/10.    Seriously some of the best food I've ever tasted. Not only fresh,  but so much flavor! Hire Dinners With Dane, and you will be so glad you did!    Dinners with Dane is very much so an experience. He was booked for my wedding in an isolated location, was still reliable and came prepared. Not only was the food spectacular, but getting an inside look on the influences of the recipes was quite intriguing. Everything about the food itself was great, including all of the options that were spot on with our theme. My absolute favorite was the naked wedding cake he made. It was dressed in beautiful fruits and edible flowers. Overall, great chef and experience.

   A++ Food & Experience. Do yourself a favor and book extra early to open up more menu options. Duck confit was amazing but only available due to booking early. Dane was great about explaining the dishes and ingredients. Loved hearing how farm raised elk make for a better steak and why. Extra bonus Dane folded my pocket square for my wedding.    Chef Dane made the food for my 30th this weekend and it was all absolutely incredible. We chose to stick with hors d’oeuvres as well as bite sized desserts. Each of them were absolutely incredible and unique. I’m also gluten intolerant so he made every dish gf. I haven’t had a crab cake in almost a decade since it’s hard to make gf and it made my birthday so much better to be able to try it all.

   Chef Dane is amazing. From the moment he walks in he is personable, engaging, and of course a great chef. Each course was perfection with beautiful plating. At the end of the meal everything was left spotless. We absolutely will be using again and our family and friends all want his info.    Everything Dane creates is done in so much love and intention. And you can feel it in every bite or sip of his cocktails. The one unfortunate thing is… You will never want to cook your own food again. Ugh!! I cannot recommend Dane enough for your meal prep & event needs!!

   I have used chef Dane and Courtney three times  now and they are incredible!  The food is amazing, they are incredible knowledgeable and hard working.  My kitchen is cleaner than when they came!    Chef Dane is nothing short of amazing! The food was delicious; probably the best meal we’ve ever had! Not only was the food amazing, but he went above and beyond to make our elopement day special. He made friends with our dog, , brought our dinner set up indoors when it started raining, fed our other vendors, was flexible when we were running behind schedule, and was overall very kind.    Wow! Amazing! We used Chef Dane over the Christmas holiday for 5 days. Chef Dane prepared 3 amazing meals daily for our family of 12, ages 6-68. Everyone, and I emphasize everyone, loved Chef Dane and enjoyed the delicious meals he prepared. Saved us time in the kitchen so we could spend more time with our children and grandchildren. We recently hired Chef Dane again in July when out-of-town family came to visit. Once again, Chef Dane and his cheerful assistant, Courtney, saved the day. And, once again the family was more than delighted.  Hats off to Chef Dane and his assistant, Courtney! 100% Standing Ovation. Will definitely be a repeat customer.    Chef Dane is absolutely amazing! His food is delicious and his customer service is superb. He worked with us to make custom menus that catered to our needs and group. We have now used him for multiple gatherings. I HIGLY recommend his carrot cake, crème brûlée, lobster rolls, grilled romain salad, wedge salad, oh I could go on and on!

   What an incredible experience with amazing food. I hired Chef Dane for an intimate birthday dinner party in my home. His menu options all sounded so delicious, it was hard to decide what to choose. We did a tasting menu style with wine pairings. Chef Dane went above and beyond with wine recommendations for each course (including descriptions of the wine profile that would pair the best). He and Courtney were very professional but so much fun and approachable. The food was hands-down the best food we've had in Colorado. I cannot recommend Chef Dane enough for a special experience, a family gathering or anything really. He takes great care in the preparation and can accommodate food allergies as well.    Chef Dane is a fabulous chef and overall fabulous human. He helped my family on short notice during a time of crisis. Dane is knowledgeable about proper nutrition for brand-new moms, and was able to provide healthy meals that fit some very specific dietary needs. Payment is simple, communication super easy, and my family was impressed with the quantity, diversity, and ease of the meals. Cannot recommend Chef Dane enough! Especially if you have a newborn entering the family—give yourself room to breathe with the knowledge you'll be well-nourished by Chef Dane.

   TL;DR - Just like a lovingly crafted sauce, Dane's private cooking classes are the perfect blend of ingredients: a dash of cooking know-how, a generous pour of fun, and one heap of deliciousness. My wife and I did a private cooking class with Dane for Valentine's Day, and it was an absolute blast. From the get-go, Dane was thorough and communicative. He offered a wide range of menu options that my wife and I could pick to learn. My wife, being gluten-free, was worried there might not be enough variety for her, but Dane was accommodating. He shared a hearty helping of gluten-free possibilities, and we went ahead with the gluten-free pasta class. The actual cooking class itself was fun and engaging. Dane shares just the right amount of technical knowledge to actual improve your cooking skills without overloading you with details that might go over your head. He's also patient, and does a fantastic job fixing any mistakes you might make along the way. When all is said and done, you're left with a delicious meal, some fresh cooking knowledge, and a newfound appreciation for chefs and all they do. Of course, you'll also get plenty of pictures and videos too! All-in-all, if you're on the fence, reach out to Dane. He's an absolute pleasure to talk to, learn from, and have in your kitchen. This allowed us more time to spend with the family and less time in the kitchen. Everyone, ages 7-67, enjoyed having Chef Dane on site!    Our Dinners with Dane experience was OUTSTANDING!! My sister hired Dane to cook her wedding reception meal at our AirBnB and he crushed it. He offered pages of options to my sister to select from and they had the hardest time deciding because page after page had mouth watering options. Our multi course dinner was served with perfect timing. Dane allowed us to drive the timing of each course without asking questions. The food was out of this world and we couldn’t have been happier. I would recommend Dinners with Dane to anyone looking for a private event and who wants a true professional who not only is easy to work with but delivers on flavor! 5 stars is not enough! 10/10 experience!!

   Dane prepared an excellent and delicious birthday dinner for nine people.  The appetizer was the wonton nacho which was a delightfully crisp nacho topped with a salad.  The soup was butternut squash with sweet potato gnocchi.  It was beautifully garnished with chive-infused oil and edible flowers.  The main entree was a tender filet mignon cooked to order.  The tuxedo chocolate mousse ended our wonderful meal.  It was the best birthday dinner ever!

 Verified  True Story: Dane arrived to set up and I had a roof leak from a rain storm. He proceeds to spend his first bit of time at the house helping with the leak, then moves into cooking an unbelievable meal for a surprise party. Every single guest; "Dane was so fantastic, Dane's food was amazing, what a great chef and personality", and so on...thank you Dane.    We have never used a private chef before and now cannot imagine doing a dinner party without Chef Dane.  We rented an Airbnb in Fort Collins for a family and friend gathering. We found Chef Dane based on his 5 star reviews. Dane did not disappoint. He is a great communicator and we quickly decided on a menu based on our food and taste preferences.  On the day of the dinner, Dane showed up on time, totally prepared.  We had an amazing experience and fabulous food.  Dane made it possible for us to be able to enjoy a very special evening without any worries or work.  He is an outstanding chef! We are already planning another trip to the area to be able to utilize him again. We highly recommend Chef Dane!

He collaborated with me frequently and was a pleasure to work with in the planning process. The day of the event he showed up in time and ready to go! He pulled off a five course surprise dinner for 14 in our home with ease. The food was outstanding. I have honestly never had dishes that made me feel like I was eating favorite childhood comfort foods and fine cuisine at the same time.  Verified  I hired Dane last year to cook an all-vegan Thanksgiving meal for my friends and family. Turning classic American dishes into plant-based perfection is no easy feat, but Dane did it with ease. He even reimagined some of his old family recipes for us, which was such a special touch. His jackfruit turkey was a runaway hit, even with the most dedicated meatheads of the group.  Verified  We hired Chef Dane for a yearly family gathering dinner, and it was a very relaxing experience.  We could visit with family while he was busy in the kitchen preparing dinner.  Verified  I hired Chef Dane for an intimate brunch get together with my family and closest friends. He was very professional, talented, and cleaned as he cooked. I had no idea you could poach so many eggs at one time!! They came out perfect and my family still talks about his homemade Hollandaise.  Verified  Chef Dane is incredible at presenting food to the table that is elevated from anything I’ve experienced. I have always dreamed of being pescatarian, and Chef Dane made it possible. I have been his client for 2 years, and the meal prepping is incredibly handy and time saving. He’s also a dinner party favorite among my family and friends. Whatever you want, he can make happen.
